The 12th Annual White Rock n’ Roll 5 & 10 Mile presented by the Dallas Running Club is a fun and scenic course along the beautiful White Rock Lake and through surrounding neighborhoods. This is the first year we will be including a 10 mile event. Click Here for a Map of the 10 Mile Route For the first time, White Rock n’ Roll will use the ChronoTrack D-tag timing system, provided and administered by Racing Systems. There will be live entertainment along the course to entertain you. Afterwards, join us for a post-race party complete with free pizza, beer, door prizes and music! Participants in the 5 Mile or 10 Mile event will also receive a technical shirt. You also get free admission to the White Rock Lake Festival with your race bib.
The White Rock n' Roll race was created in 1999 to support White Rock Lake, the "Jewel of Dallas." To date, it is the only running/walking event that supports our favorite venue. This year we will be supporting two outstanding lake organizations: For The Love Of The Lake and the White Rock Lake Foundation.
For the Love of the Lake is an enthusiastic, energetic group of volunteers dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of White Rock Lake Park. For more information on FTLOTL and all that they do please visit www.whiterocklake.org
The White Rock Lake Foundation assists the Park and Recreation Department in restoration, improvement, maintenance, and preservation of the lake's natural health and beauty for the benefit of the people and wildlife.
